I've often wondered about some of the things I see on television in terms of the animal rights movement. It appears to me that, in many cases, animals have more rights than people (especially the unborn). Is the animals rights movement Biblical?

The author of this book is a medical doctor and writes about the Bible's stance. He explains how the animal rights movement has an agenda that stands in opposition to Christianity. He doesn't advocate cruelty to animals, he just wants Christians to be aware of the Bible's stand and the underlying goals of the organization. The first chapter shows how evolution cannot scientifically have happened, and he defends the teaching of the Bible.

Keep in mind that the author is a premillennialist, and you might not agree with his eschatological timeline. I mention this because he does write about it in the book and interprets scripture through that lens. It is also worth mentioning that the publisher doesn't agree with the theology of the author, but feels this message is so important that the book needed to be published.

So, where do you stand and what are your views? Have you even thought about this particular topic? This book will give you food for thought. ~ Donna
