The CAPE TOWN DECLARATION on HUMAN RIGHTS,
INFORMED CONSENT and FREEDOM of CHOICE
1. No government has the authority to interfere with freedom of conscience, freedom of worship, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of opinion, freedom of thought, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, freedom of association, freedom of movement, or any of the other essential freedoms which are the foundation of civilisation.
2. It is outrageous that so many businesses and farms have been crippled by government regulations and restrictions, in the name of combating a virus. The Covid Cult is clearly a smoke-screen for colossal corruption and for advancing a communist agenda through lockdown lunacy and economic suicide.
3. We reject the masquerade madness, lockdown lunacy and salvation by vaccination Covid Cult. It is unacceptable that any government can mandate mask wearing, mandatory vaccinations and vaccine passports. Governments are meant to be civil servants, not totalitarian dictatorships who claim to own the body, life and freedom of its citizens. Freedom of choice should be respected.
4. It is completely unnecessary and counter-productive to require people who have already contracted the virus, recovered from it and obviously have natural immunity, to take an experimental, so-called, vaccine.
5. Health does not require fear-mongering, guilt manipulation, incessant propaganda and censorship of opposing views.
6. Those telling the truth do not mind being questioned. Those propagating a lie always resent being questioned and seek to suppress alternative opinions. Truth does not fear investigation.
7. Initial reports indicate that vaccine casualties are absolutely staggering. The European Union’s database of the Adverse Drug Reactions reported 24,526 deaths and 2,317,495 injuries from Covid vaccines as of 11 September 2021. The Centre for Disease Control (CDC) VAERS-database reported 701,561 adverse events including 14,925 deaths and 91,523 serious injuries in the United States fo America as of 17 September 2021.
Dr Steve Kirsch, testified before the FDA’s Advisory Panel that: “over 150,000 Americans have been killed by the current covid vaccinations as of 28 August 2021.” Kirsch’s 34-page report contained a detailed analysis. Project Veritas has interviewed whistle-blowers, including Registered Nurses and Doctors who report that many Doctors are failing to report Adverse Reactions to the Covid vaccines, for fear of negative consequences. A BMJ editorial reported that there were more than 30,000 reports of unexpected vaginal bleeding of pregnant women after vaccination in the UK. The New England Journal of Medicine released a corrective, admitting that covid vaccines may not be safe for pregnant women.
Idaho pathologist, Dr Ryan Cole, explained that he had seen a 20-fold increase in endometrial cancers in vaccinated patients. ChildrenHealthDefence.com,

8. When the vaccine for Swine Flu resulted in 12 deaths, it was shut down. When there were 20 deaths from the Bird Flu vaccination, it was withdrawn from the market. Many tens of thousands of deaths have occurred from these covid vaccines, yet inexplicably, it not only continues to be promoted, but is being made mandatory by government and many companies! This is unacceptable.
9. The Bill of Rights in the South African Constitution guarantees the Right to Life (section 11), Freedom of integrity of the person (section 12), Privacy (section 14), Freedom of Religion, Belief and Opinion, the right to freedom of Conscience and Thought (section 15), all of these Rights are violated by mandatory lockdowns, mandatory masks and mandatory vaccinations, or vaccine passports.
10. The Nuremberg Code on medical ethics, the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and the Human Rights, Article 6 and the Geneva Convention IV 19, Article 32, require voluntary, informed consent for all medical procedures. It is a crime against humanity to use coercion or compulsion in matters of health and medicine. It is incumbent on any medical practitioner to prevent any medical procedure that is likely to result in injury, disability or death to the patient.
11. The evident high risk of the Pfizer, Astra-Zeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines should require them to be taken off the market and all those advocating mandatory vaccinations and those businesses and government officials that have used coercion to pressure employees, travellers, or citizens to take a potentially harmful injection should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. “… and proclaim liberty throughout the land, to all its inhabitants …” Leviticus 25:10
We need to reject the pervasive propaganda and panic mongering, along with the disinformation, indoctrination, curfews and compulsion, mandatory vaccinations and coercion that has ruined the lives and bankrupted the businesses of multiplied millions worldwide. “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7
