Delivery and Shipping

Orders should ship within 3-5 days of your purchase date. Once your order is processed and shipped, a tracking notification if applicable will be emailed to you for your reference. 

Most orders include full tracking with delivery confirmation. 

For international orders: Please note that all customs and duty fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in your purchase. Note that international courier is extremely expensive.

We currently use The Courier Guy couriers. Note that costs vary with size / weight and destination. We also use Postnet  or PAXI if requested. We will NOT use the South African Post Office or PUDO.
