Destructive
We are living in an age of Revolution. The Bolshevik Revolution was followed by a secular Revolution, the Sexual Revolution and a Cultural Revolution. The Homosexual Revolution has turned the morals of society so upside down that perversion is now considered acceptable while traditional family values are considered “discriminatory”, “hate speech!” Now we are facing a Gender Revolution that wants to grant males access to female changing rooms and permit males to compete in women’s sporting events!
Anti-Christian
Evolutionism and Humanism have undermined many of the foundations of Western civilisation. Egalitarianism and Antinomianism have subverted pillars of Christian civilisation. Marxist Critical Race Theory, the Gramsci Termite Strategy, Frankfurt School of Marxism, have so revolutionised much of the Western world that most Americans, Australians and Europeans no longer think in a Christian Biblical Worldview way, but in an anti-Christian mindset.
Hijacked
Christophobia and anti-Christian prejudice has worked to sideline and then ostracise Biblical Christianity from the very universities which were pioneered by Christians. Western civilisation has been hijacked by secular humanism for an aggressively atheistic agenda.
Regression and Revulsion
Throughout the 20th century there was a Revolution in Entertainment, from focussing on “whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praise worthy…” Philippians 4:8, to a celebration of base, vulgar, vile, ugly, blasphemous, perverted, defilement.
From Entertainment to Exploitation
What was once unthinkable, has become not only acceptable, praised and celebrated by Academy Awards, but criticism of it has become something of a Thought Crime!
Covidian Cult Revolution
The Covid-1984 Cult Lockdown Lunacy Revolution has led to effective Martial Law by medical dictatorship where the Wuhan Health Organisation has convinced many governments to cripple their economies, suffocate church services, stifle cultural activities, missions, ministries, outreaches and Evangelism with unprecedented time and money-wasting restrictions. These have little to nothing to do with health or science, but which steadfastly advance a socialist, secular and sinister agenda.
Rise of the Thought Police
As warned in Huxley’s Brave New World and George Orwell’s, 1984, we now have a technologically advanced society with increasingly invasive surveillance by “Big Brother” and a society distracted by mindless entertainment, subdued by drugs, intimidated by Thought Police, regulated and restricted by omnipresent governments where basic freedoms are under threat.
Resistance to Revolution
In this age of Revolution, it is vital that we respond with resistance. We need to know what we believe, why we believe it and how to defend it in argument. We need to fear God alone and not man. Like Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego, we must not bow and we must not bend. Our God, whom we serve, is able to save us and He will. But even if He does not, we will not bow to the idols of this world, nor will we serve their agenda.
Disconnect from Disinformation and Defilement
The first and most obvious step of resistance is to disconnect from the world’s indoctrination, disinformation and defilement. Switch off and disconnect your TV. Cancel the cable subscriptions and refuse to listen to their lies.
Boycott Indoctrination Gulags
What the world calls education has, in all too many cases, been distorted into indoctrination in state schools which are increasingly becoming more like state indoctrination Gulags.
Ignore Indoctrination
So much of what is called the mainstream media has become lamestream, dealing more in disinformation than information. Far from reporting “without fear, or favour,” the anti-Christian, pro-abortion, pro-perversion agenda of Slime magazine, Newsspeak, Useless News and World Report, the Communist News Network, the Bolshevik Broadcasting Corporation and the Sunday Crimes, seems more like propaganda and distraction from the real issues of the day. Whenever one sees a major news focus, one should look around for the real story that they are trying to distract you from.
Boycott Blasphemy and Delete Defilement
So much of what today is called entertainment, particularly from the Hollywood blasphemy industry, is more like defilement and exploitation. Boycott the blasphemous and delete what defiles.
Reformation by Home Education
We need to respond to Revolution with Resistance and Reformation. Instead of subjecting ourselves to the world’s indoctrination, we need to home educate our children. Investing in our children and our grandchildren is an investment in the future. Supporting Christian Homebased Education curriculums is one of the most important, strategic and influential steps for Reformation that anyone can possibly take.
Reading is an Act of Resistance in a Landscape of Distraction
We need to invest in the mind. Readers make leaders. A reading Christian is a growing Christian. Building up our library with excellent Christian books lays solid foundations for Biblical Reformation.
Support Alternative Media
Instead of receiving disinformation and distraction from the lamestream media, we should support alternative Christian media, podcasts, websites, mailing lists and social media platforms.
Support Excellence in Entertainment
Instead of allowing ourselves to be defiled by the exploitative Hollywood blasphemy industry, we should support excellence in arts and entertainment from Christian film makers, musicians and artists.
Back to the Bible for Reformation and Revival
Commit yourself to read through the whole Bible. Obtain the Old Testament Survey and New Testament Survey books, or go through the Bibles Survey sermons on www.LivingstoneFellowship.co.za website to help you survey every Book of the Bible.
Start or Support a Bible Study and Prayer Group
Start a Bible study and Prayer group, either in your home, or in your congregation, or at your workplace, school, or college. Small Bible study and Prayer groups committed to working through every Book of the Bible and discussing how best to apply these principles to every area of life, lay solid foundations for a Back to the Bible Reformation and Spiritual Revival.
Traditional Families are Real Resistance to Revolution
In this age of secular humanist Marxist anti-Christian Revolution, one of the most effective and long-lasting acts of resistance is to get married and have lots of children. Investing in future generations by reforming your family and raising up a new generation in the love and fear of the Lord will have long-lasting, eternal consequences.
Pray the Psalms
We need to Reform our local congregation; we need to Reform our family and we need to Reform our prayer life. Pray the Psalms. Pray through the Prayer book, Hymn book and Worship Book of the Bible. Pray the Imprecatory Psalms. Pray against evil. Pray for justice. Pray for Heaven-sent Revival. Work for the fulfilment of the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. Invest in Eternity. “So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it…” Ezekiel 22:30
Rebuild Every Area of Life on the Bible
Become part of Operation Nehemiah, rebuild the walls and intercede on behalf of the land. “…You see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lies waste and its gates are burned with fire. Come and let us build the wall of Jerusalem, that we may no longer be a reproach.” Nehemiah 2:17
How Can You Change Your World?
Survey every Book of the Bible. Pray through the Psalms. Start a Bible Study and Prayer fellowship. Witness to friends, family, neighbours and strangers. Home Educate your children with Bible-based curriculum. Be a seed sower of Gospel literature. Practise hospitality. Invest in the lives of foreign students. Become a reader of life-changing books. Learn to fear God alone, freed from the fear of man. Disconnect from the worlds’ indoctrination and disinformation. Invest in Discipleship and mentorship. Make Christ’s Great Commission your supreme ambition. Stand up for Jesus. Step out in Faith. Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves. Fight the good fight of Faith. “Who will rise up for Me against the evildoers? Who will stand up for Me against the workers of iniquity?” Psalm 94:16
